I guess it's not too late to sign up? We'll be in town 8-9pm Friday. Can we sign up in the am?

chattviper 05-03-2011 08:15 PM

Of course! I would say most people will be signing up that morning.

What's the condition of the lakes/rivers there? Everything in Kentucky is a mess. The Ohio near Paducah was 4 feet above the 100 year flood plane. Water going over emergency run offs on 2 lakes.

I was going to ask the same thing, the rivers are 9' from the flood of '93 here.

I actually live right on the TN river and I can tell you it's clean and clear. The army core of engineers has kept it flushed out really well from all the storms. Our water comes from smokey mountains and hasn't been effected by all the southern storms. I wouldn't lead you here if I thought there could be damage to drives and props!! Been there and done that!!!

BTW... We are at normal water levels.
