Were in how many boats are expected ? I called Country Inn on 5-8 and ask about rooms for the poker run and guy a the front desk did not seem to know about the event but said something must be going on because there were only a few rooms left at $129. I ended up booking at the Fairfield Inn on Shallowford Villiage Drive the girl I talked to said they had a large parking area.

The Fairfield Inn does have good parking and right next to Cracker Barrel.:D

My last count I had 47 boats confirmed. We expect more to make those day trips though since we are 1-2 hours from several big cities, i.e. Atlanta, Nashville, Knoxville, etc.

Water still look good Mark? Got another onslaught of rain up here at Cumberland this weekend. Our lake is nasty.

Water is great. Took a few speed runs yesterday and it's clean,clear and at normal levels.

Water level is going to be fine but Mark will give you an update wednesday I'm sure. I'll be out on the water wednesday probably so I'll post back here with updates if he hasn't already.

What's everyone doing Friday night? We'll be in town around 9pm.

We will be at top of the dock (where the party after the run is going to be held) at lakeshore marina friday night for drinks and fun!

If all the not-having-to-work stars align we'll be there to represent the weedwackers....looking forward to it. Heading up early Saturday
