The rims on my South Florida Trailer are great. they are 16 inch 8 lug. Polished aluminum outside with an epoxy painted back and inside. I recomened going with polished outside without clearcoating over it. They will hold a shine longer and wont peel.
Call South Florida Trailer at 954-966-0580 or check out website @ www.southfloridatrailers.com Good Luck, Mark B. I'll attach image of mine for you.

Extreme Trailers here in California also makes custom rims for trailers. The ones I have look very similar to the ones above.

If you have a standard 5 lug trailer you can call it a mid 80's Ford station wagon. They have the correct bolt pattern and the offset is close. That'll let you look up rims on www.thetirerack.com

The late 80's/early 90's Ford Ranger rim pattern is the same too.
