Is the 39 a different hull? lengthened 38? other then length what is different in the running surface? Just curious really, both fantastic boats either way.

The 38 handles big power just fine. The big advantage to the 38 over the 39 for me was the cockpit space. The 38 is way more roomy for passengers if thats the way you use the boat. We use the boat for poker runs and just a pack it with company and go for lunch boat. Each has advantages and disadvantages. Try working on a 38 with big power....OUCH!
Tank I'm gettin your A$$ out on the boat in Havasu!! |

There are some big power 38 top guns in the classifieds, but why would you pick a 38 over a 39? Does one hull run better with big power and 6s then the other?
