There's a company call Mercury Marine might have them.
Bam has them too.

Msc has the oring cord buy the diameter and cut it to size use crazy glue on the joint just cut it square. I also use a dab of silicone when i assemble.On the seam.

This would be the cheaper approach... or find out the ID, the cord diameter... then order from a fluid power company... $51 vs $12 roughly depending on the mat'l used...
