Have fun this weekend. Cant wait to see the pics. Ron is a great guy and a great host. You guys are in for a great time.
I served a year at fort Knox as a mp in the army. The gold depository is controlled by their own security and the army is not allowed in.
They have have high tech missile systems and vehicles. Really makes u wonder what's in there.
On top of it being in the center of a very large military instillation.

This may sound like a dumb question, but can we get a little more detail than "Ron's house"? I've gathered that it is somewhere near Metro, but I'm trying to figure if it is worth it to bring my kids down to the park to see the hardware roll out. Both my kids (9 year old daughter and 6 year old son) love anything with a big loud motor! Raisin'em right!

Jay,
I like the edginess of using Ron's Garage for your teaser photo. Also, I love the graphic "Flight Club Presents Skaterfest 2011 Detroit"

As you guys make your way down the Detroit River towards the Ambassador Bridge, around Belle Isle, will you be traveling on the Canadian side or will you be going under the Belle Isle Bridge?
Just trying to position myself in order to get some goo video footage. My actual plan is to be waiting right where the Lake and the river meet, but if it is as windy tomorrow I will not be heading that far north. My freaking shins hurt from the trip to and from Jobbie......
