knock sensors?

Anyone have good knock sensor??? Looks like the Livorsi-Ansen turbosystems are no longer made, had good luck with those. Anything else out there?

Anyone have one of these? Seems that it would have to be mounted outside the engine room, and the price page is not working for me....

those are pretty interesting, looking more for a knock indicator type though
