Avoid crocs at all cost. They are great onland but don't grip worth $%^&. Ihave a pair of Sperry boat sandals. They look like old man shoes but they do grip the deck.

Bare feet on my boat when possible. I wear these around the dock in case I need to run across the boat deck or jump in the water for something. They grip good wet or dry, don't mark, and protect against dock splinters. And they are cheap
