My friend in Cape Coral FL put big power in a 34 SH.

It was a nightmare, pulled engines and sold boat.

Yea whats up with the riser spacers? I know they need to go over the other engine but? Hey Payton, does yours have risers like this one?

Nope, I found a set of Merc/Gill manifolds and risers for a triple setup. Then sold the set I didn't need. Stock, mine had one of those extensions not 2.

Figured out why the high risers. To clear the injection on the 502's they went over the intakes. I am going carbed so I dont need the risers.

Headers or manifolds.

Payton, Hopefully I can pick your brain. I am almost ready to install a pair of procharged 468's in the new Super Hawaii and I am down to the exhaust. I know you changed your exhaust and I was looking to install headers. Is the port side (farthest back) exhaust a standard bravo setup? And I dont see a riser with your new setup, if I use a standard bravo header on the starboard side, wont the inside header terminate into the port engine. I have a concern with the rise of the starboard headers. I cant tell if your Gil setup on the starboard side in the pictures has a taller rise than the port side. Any help would be appreciated as always.

Yes the Gil riser on the forward engine is 6" taller than the rear. Then I have a factory tailpipe before the thru hull tips. The one on the outside, under the gunnel, I had to shorten about an inch for clearance. The one on the rear engine is standard Bravo riser.

First pic is when it was stock. Second pic is the Dry pipe that I cut to fit my tips.

Payton, thanks for the help again, I hope to have it in the water by Memorial Day.

Very cool! With all the rain we are getting I may not be ready by then. My new Air Dock came yesterday, so I am getting excited.
