Default Circa late 80's "hotwheel/matchbox" semi truck w/offshore boat...

Digging through the garage for something and came across this old truck/trailer combo toy. It was one of my favorites when I was a kid. I cleaned it up and put it on my shelf in the garage.

Very cool Tank, what is the layup schedule on the hull? Are you sending it down to Phil so you have the first LipShip Miami Vice edition? LOL

Tank,

I have the same exact set, though to my knowledge, not nearly as dirty . BUT mine is buried in a closet at my parents house. IIRC, this set did not come out till after Miami Vice ended.

The entire cast of the Miami Vice series made a national tour; with the boat on a flatbed trailer that looked a bit like that. I remember standing in line for hours to meet them.

I have pics of myself standing on the front of the trailer with the 38KV behind me; on Michigan Ave. in downtown Chicago. I'll find them one day.

Wouldn't he have to register, inspect, pay the seven various taxes applicable and get an EPA gift certificate before he can do that in California????
