While any death is tragic, accidents will happen but the percentage is infinitely small - 32 deaths out of 372 MILLION visit(ors)!!!
AND, their "Study" is designed for predictable outcome and will be a huge success. After all, how can one possibly drown if you have a vest on?
Sounds like they are rigging the results for what purpose?

Right, but that kind of thing would never fly here. CA is used to over regulation. Just look at their gun laws and CARB. Poor fools

There are lots of great things about living here. But the costs—sky-high state taxes, broken government, crumbling infrastructure, a public school system that's way down there despite the leading state economy in the nation and ridiculously invasive legislation—aren't among them.
