Is this the same boat that was up for raffel a couple years back?

Did they just raffle tickets to steal the money or did they actually raffle the boat

Thats good that they didnt keep the money, I was wondering because a couple guys around my area were raffling a restored Corvair of all things for about 5 years dont know if they ever gave it to a winner
