The doc openly admitted that boat is a handful to handle. Maybe a little frightening at times. it is my understanding that Brian is driving and throttling

"Loose is fast, and on the edge of out of control" - Robert Duvall as Harry Hogge Days of Thunder

But seriously, how do you get a boat that "loose" at what I assume to be 100MPH and still make it around the course? Somebody explain that to me...

The others might look that loose if there were going as fast.

I have a 4pt hydro drag boat (its old and nothing special today) and they way it drives its loose from the time you hit the throttle. The first few time you drive it, at around 60mph, while you are sitting inches off the water the bow starts "drifting" back and forth will scare the crap out of you but you learn and it becomes instinct on what to do.

I been in that OL with Brian driving and on the sticks. He is amazing and talented with that boat. Yea, he runs it loose but he sure is damn fast. Big balls, no fear, and hates losing!

I have enjoyed watching the Kildahl's get it into a competitive position, and would love to have seen how they accomplished the needed weight loss/shift. Very happy for them.

And therein lies the conundrum . Do you possess the talent and the balls to keep it out of the wall so to speak . You with your previous racing experiences should know full well that is the razors edge you must ride to be a consistent WINNER in all motorsports . That kind of talent is special and rare .
