It had a static 12" setback that was put on with 5200 so instead of destroying the transome I put on the smallest jack plate I could find and that was 3". With the static plate the highest I could get the motor was even with the pad. Im
1 5/8" above the pad now. running 5900 with 4% prop slip. THe boat had a full tank and in fresh water. I think 90 light on fuel and in the Barnegat Bay with some chop.
