As usual, make an offer and the broker should show it to the owner. If he was willing to take 30k a few weeks ago, whats to say he wont accept it now?
My guess is he ran it for the 1st time this season, got the rush, and now thinks its worth more.
Plus, all the last second buyers are out there right now, so as a seller you could 'try' to take advantage of that.

Matt and crew have NEVER been anything but straight up about ANYTHING.

I even bought my Porsche 911 Turbo from his family. In Memphis and sight unseen.
