Dredgeking, a serious question for you.
Hey D.K. I talked to a good friend tonight who bought a 21 Chris Craft a few weeks ago. Seems last week, on his second trip onto Lake Michigan he hit what was SUPPOSED to be a sunken dredge pipe. Not the plastic one mind you. Ripped the drive completely off the boat. If not for the quick reaction from the Coast Gaurd his boat would be at the bottom of Lake Michigan right now. Insurance company has totalled it (he found that out today). Does he have any recourse against the dredging company?? I do not know which company it is. Has your company had this happen? What was the outcome??? I feel bad for him, he JUST got the boat.
