just some major props to a fellow oso " fantastixvoyage'

most times its bad news written on boards, but i feel this man should get some love :lolhit:

purchased his 522 engine last fall -sight unseen except for pics and currently getting it rigged, we have had some minor issues (faulty cooler) and some other things that he addressed with my mechanic -including last night while water test was happening. we do not live close(detroit area im in ottawa ontario) so this was done over the cell. most people prob wouldnt be as helpfull -but he was - so for what its worth :drink::drink:

wouldnt hesitate to buy anything from him again...btw once we got boat dialed in she hit about 66mph spinning a 26 4blade at 4850rpm, gonna go down 1 size and she should hit 5000rpm and maybe a mile or 2.

again appreciate the help
pat

What a surprise, thanks for the kind words Pat! It was my pleasure working with you as well. To me this should standard practice but as we all now this is not the case, especially in the marine industry. Sounds like you have a great mechanic working for you too.

The new cooler being faulty was very unfortunate, sorry for the troubles it caused. Let me know if I can assist in the return, they are only a few minutes from me.

Glad the boat posted some good numbers, that motor should really get your boat up on plane much better then before. Enjoy the new power and let me know how things go this summer! Again, thank you for the kind words.

Neil's a good dude.:drink:

He helped me get hooked up w/ a valve spring job for my hp500 and towed the boat as I didn't have a truck at the time.
