Question

I wonder what kinds of top-end speeds should be expected with the 1700s in a 388...?... Didnt Chip Romer go 186 in his 388 with just 1500s at LOTO last year?...

That was in a mile, I'm sure his boat goes well into the 190's. I believe his GPS showed 19? at the shootout.

Remember, Pyburn went 186 with 1350's.

1700 should be 205ish.

Wow, unreal speeds in an open-cockpit 38 footer.... I'm already nervous thinking about it.... If it was my boat, I'd just let Johnny T. or Bob Teague test it out...they are the best!!!!! LOL...

1500's on paper should hit 200, 1700's should be over 210. if someone will push it that far
