I love my 38.......As far as stress cracks i had them on my 26 pq and my 29 pq......the stress cracks were where the windshield was screwed down.......

K well finely came to agreed price at 24k with no trailer. Ride an drive tonight at 4:30 here we go.!!

Lol boat ran great except for it needs full service an a completely empty fuel tank with year old gas. And do all 280s come outa the water so slow

No, not with the right power. 454 is small for that boat. Should have 502 mag or better yet 496 HO.

3 Blade or 4 Bladed prop? If you have a 3 blade you're going to have to go with a 4 blade.

I never had a problem with my '99, 502 Mag with a 4 blade (24 or 26 pitch, I forget which). Tabs down, drive in and she popped right up.

My '96 Enticer was a bit more difficult but the 280 was never a problem.

It does need a tune up. But tabs down was alittle better. But still slow an stock prop

But with 4 ppl it took like 7 sec to get on plain maybe alittle is that normal or is something wrong

which prop tho a 3 blade or 4 blade, my 26pq planes no prob with a 4blade but with a 3 blade-well its a dog
