People associate speed with noise.
So even at speed it gets over looked by onlookers
But those who know,.........know!

LOL I think you could say that about the majority of Hulls
compared to the price of a #6 or pair of #6's.
But it beats rebuilding drives all the time and actually spending your time boating.
Also the saftey and handling is night and day.

No Photo Shop my friend! One of my 5 blades was tested on it,........but the 3 blade in the other two pictures is what his set-up likes best!
Custom made by the late Dennis Cavanaugh from Mercury Racing,...........Brett at Bblades has freshend and duplicated a slighty larger one since.

Agreed....only those who know, and the ones who recognize the drive know.
Notice how low the exhaust is (under water) and you can see why it is so tame sounding.
It is nothing new! The boat has been around in very fast form for years now.

Bet both these boats have more left in them. Amazing how a guy can get so in tune with a boat to run it so far up. If I drove either one I probably could only hit 90mph just because they are one man boats. Have seen the #6 boat and in the water there is no clue. Years of tweaking.
Anyone remember George (Geo) on Donzi Registry that over 5+ years of tweaking got his Donzi X18 up to 123mph w/ 750hp sbc /asd. ? People thought he was done at 108.

3rd picture also shows the massive size of that drive. Wow!
I love seeing projects like this with the engineering put through to a different level and then results to match. Pus, I'm a huge turbo fan.
I do all my own work and can't even fathom how much time is there I'd have wing nuts for motor bolts while attempting to make it work. Very, very impressive. Maybe dictionary definition of "sleeper".

Similar to a Merc Chopper. Always wondered why more of the Vee's w/bow weight don't run them???

Tom Earhart is the master mind behind it all.
Tom has been doing turbo's over 25 years.
But yes lots of time, labor and passion among great friends.

Here yah go....
pretty cool home brewed video in general but watch for the 125 mph GLASTRON! Word is it's alive and well up in Canada.
Not sure how long this link will be active so enjoy it while you can
1994 video so check out some of the classics in the back ground too.
BTW, anyone smarter on puters than me?? Can't figure out how to download/save it before it gets vaporized. Normal, right click> save target as doesn't seem to work???
