Talking First "real" boat

For a few years now, I have been around the boating environment. Well I have decided it is time for me to get a boat of my own.. I do not plan to spend more than about 15-20k and I dont want anything older than around 1990... I really Love high preformance boats and run abouts, but center consoles are also of appeal, any recomendations??

You could get a mid-90's Scarab(22 or 26 foot) for 12-20K. Scarab also made center consoles back then.

Look hard enough and there are deals to be found, especially with today's economy.
