WAS WONDERING WHAT TO USE TO SHINE UP AND REMOVE FINE SCRTCHES ON POWDER COATED PARTS.

You can use compound or polish as if you were polishing a painted surface. One thing I can tell you for sure DO NOT USE ACETONE. Good Luck Michael
