i just ordered the Maretron equipment to get fuel flow numbers from the Yanmar 6LPA's as they don't have that ability from Yanmar. I will know for sure what the numbers are after I install them. I am averaging per tankful between 2 and 2.2 mpg, but I have only filled with 3 times in 140 hrs of use!

Going by boost numbers i think I am getting around 2.5mpg at 38MPH, the grip of the Maximus is incredible but they are hard on the drives and motors, to run the same speed with 26 bravos I'm turning 200 more RPM but the boost is 2 psi lower.

My best slip with the maximus is 7.9% @ 53mph 24PSI of boost around 9% at 38mph, with the bravos it is 16.6% @ 52mph 21.5psi of boost around 23% at 38mph, full tanks in both cases 314 gallons.

I have spreadsheets with all the numbers pm me your email and i'll send them to you.

I am going to try labbed bravo 30P and hydromotive P5 28p this weekend and see how they do, so far all the props I have tested I can rev to 3850, so i want to try some props that will tell me what the motors are really capable of.

The official WOT is 3800 but you are supposed to be set up light to reach 4000, but I think these second generation 6LPA's have a governor or something holding the revs to 3850.
