I wish I had the dough to buy it. I must ask though, why do people want to get rid of a boat because they are having a child? See the recent thread "Kids and Powerboats". Kids love boating!

Preassure to slow down a little - the AC/TV/VCR 2 bedrooms full head and shower make a cruiser/cocktail shaker sound pretty good.. at least for a little while till my new crew grows up.
