You are right. It's much better because there isn't any personal agenda or politics behind the scenes. IB is corporate and has the site to make money and provide a service for that money exchange. They could give a crap what kind of boat problems you had this weekend. Instead of making a post like this, send a friggin email or call IB like any other company you didn't get something from them when you were supposed to. FREAK OUT!!!!
