Sebastian to Fort Pierce next weekend??

We managed to pull off 4 bars...
Mulligan's (by boat)
Suzy's (by boat and back by car)
Capt Hiram's (by car)
Earl's Hideaway (by car, for breakfast Sunday a.m.)
Would definitely like to make another trip with a little more planning on my end. Was so busy getting the boat ready, and worried about how the truck would pull it, getting it on and off the trailer, etc...

Yep.
Jeff, 4 bars??? Good job Bro. I'm impressed.
Earls is way cool but needs to be experienced on a Sunday afternoon for the full effect. Best free blues/southern rock you'll ever hear. If the weathers' nice there'll be a 100 bikes there of all makes.
Jimmy Vanzant was there last Sunday.
Used to be a kid there to cart you to the bars along the river in a rickshaw!
Bowtye, had two open seats for you.
And Jeff, Mark and Becky didn't decide to the last minute either. They ellected to bail early when the weather turned to save one of his days off for a better weekend.
The owners of Suzi's would love to see us come back. (killer Screwdrivers there Saturday morning too) They almost did the cove trip w/us in our boat. Said they will provide ice for coolers and reconnect the water to the docks if we come back. My sonar shows 8' of water at the end of the dock where we were as well.
Heres a couple of pix's.
A crappy picture of Fridays sunset at Suzis's from my phone. Whats the saying? Red at night, sailors delight? They were wrong
Ever wonder how long it takes to kill 2 batteries w/a 12 v coffee pot? Me to. The correct answer is 2 1/2 hrs.
Saturday morning sun rise over one of the islands. This is the one w/the cove on the east side for anchoring/camping. Also has a narrow sand peninsula allowing you to walk the 1/4 mile to the next island north.
Mark and Becky going through millionaires row.
Our favorite hiuse although the pictures doesn't do it justice with the shutters up. It has water on two sides of the lot and is probably 2 acres or more.
These people can afford these homes as 2nd's and are empty most of the time.
These guys read about our trip and came out just to meet us!
Mike (Dad) has owned everything and Dillon (young son) has his own 90 mph, 19' Hydrostream. Great guys.

Mike and Dillon were great guys. Nice to have met them. Looks like we'll see them again either at the OFF or the following weekend here in Sebring on Lake Jackson.
Nice pics Gary.

Don't know how I missed this til now.
The old deck boat doesn't run outside well, but it's great for the Indian river.
Love that house...only one lottery ticket away!!
