My Minor Mishap
I only got stuck in my own elevator, which is only a short story compared to a typical GINO day.

The name says it all PENTAIR INTELLIFLO
Those pumps are supposed to save you money on electricity since they are variable speed. Even at 1K each (cost) they will save you $400+ a year in power. BTW all that pool equipment was junk, old Hayward stuff (cheapest stuff in industry, builders use it all the time). That filter was a C-1100 and has been out of production 15+ years. Most of them cracked when we got a cold snap, they split the seam on the side. If you are fixing/repairing that pool equipment again be sure to plumb a manifold and pressure test it. It will be priceless to find a leak/cracked fitting BEFORE you put everything back together. The manifold will be $10 in fittings (that get scrapped) but the pressure gauge proving the plumbing isn't leaking is priceless! |
