i might be a little biased, but you should hire a good GC to hire, supervise and coordinate these subcontractors. In the end the work will be done better and from the sounds of it, it will end up costing a lot less!

It was only one project that i hired a company to handle. I didn't set out to do multiple projects!

Only you could have that luck.:lolhit: But I hear ya, loud and clear. I have to supervise ANYTHING that is done at our homes, to make sure it's done right, and before I cut the last check to pay the bill. BTW, where are the pics of the new "Castle" ? :)
