Gino you may want to tell your wife the math that my wife now uses. What ever I say it is going to take time wise double it then go to the next unit of measure. So if I say it will take a day, double it 2 next unit of measure weeks it will take 2 weeks. If I say a mounth double it to 2 months, next unit of measure years so you get 2 years..... Works with money as well...... It is amazingly accurate for me. It sounds like if you used my math you may not be as disapointed....

IMO best part of the story "water bubbling out of the ground like a monster movie" on a side note I should move to Florida sounds like you guy's need better contractors!
