That's what I was thinking...His attitude is fairly common from high, high end criminals/mafia that have gotten away with whatever they've wanted to over there for years and years because they pay off everyone. Cash is king has a whole new meaning over there. A lot of dirty money. He gives quotes like he's already paid off the judge and the jury.

Considering the way things apparently work there... that's one guy I wouldn't mind seeing someone put a hit on.

I AM Canadian, if this was to occur here, the swimmers family would probably have to apoligize and compensate the "poor" Yacht owner for his inconvience. The Yacht owner would then go on trial for manslaughter, get convicted and be sentenced to a "fitting?" sentence of 18 months in jail. A week later he would sue the Correctional Services because they didn't offer food he liked, and would walk out of jail 6 months early for "good?" behaviour with a cheque from the Government for the violation of HIS right.

Sorry for the rant! It just annoys me how we have bent over SO far backward worrying about offending criminals, while honest people have there right to a safe existence taken away from there under the guise of "politial correctness"

Abuse of Law!

If you sometimes wonder if its really better in the Good Old USA, all it takes is a horrible abuse of personal protections and law like this to keep you a believer!
Glad I don't live, swim, ski or boat in Russia!

Best Regards,
Ray @ Raylar
