I found two great employable candidates on the site and will reach out to them. One is a Product Lifecycle Manager, the other is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

skill set...need to know computers and screwdrivers. I don't know the exact pay...it comes down to experience. I just know starting January we are going to open up our own school to teach techs to work in our stores. Land Rover, Jag, BMW, Benz, and all the domestic brands.
Most of the guys I know are EE's, EET's or ME's.

Thanks Bubba, I will review some resumes for the machinists
and other techs. Hopefully some of the local shops can keep
these folks in Oklahoma.

the sad thing is, our own government is really the reason most companys are going out of buisness or downsizing, it cost the owner of a buisness, for workman comp, insurance, etc. the owners of companys can move it overseas and get the job done for next to nothing. but if the government here would wake the hell up and realize that if we keep going the way were going the only jobs here will be in fastfood, cause they keep pushing more and more buisnesses out of the US sorry to post such a long post but it makes me sick to see or hear of a buisness moving or closing its doors cause of the slow economy, when the government is not worried about us here, there worried about leaving billions of dollars overseas on military equipment so the next time we go to war with them we have to fight against our own equipment, now to me thats ****in retarded.

Any machinists/Engineers etc. looking for work could look to N.E.W. Industries in Sturgeon Bay, WI. We manufacture parts for many large OEMs, including Mercury. Obviously a looong ways from Oklahoma, but we are busier than that one-legged dude we've all heard about and have been even through the past 3+ years of sub-par economic times. Anyone interested can apply through our website.

Don't listen to Koss he rarely knows WTF he's talking about, especially in this terrible economy that started its downward spiral in 2007 when the unregulated banks(thanks to the SEC and the Republican majority) finally started failing. Downsizing is a very unfortunate fact of life now and unions are rarely at fault but it helps people like Koss to focus their anger on things that help working people rather than on those in high places who he idolizes like Boner Cantor and the Traitorous Turtle McConnell.
