Those stains were from a brand new black bikini on a brand new white CF interior.

Bad move. Please wash your swimsuit first folks! :D. But the perp paid for it.

Dave you are correct as that's my rear seat. Adam in my opinion Carbon fiber look interior is dated. Go with some nice non carbon vinyl and some outdoor suede. I love the Alcantara.

Dan,

How is the alcantrara when it gets wet or when a suntan lotion body is leaning/sitting on it for a few hours? How do you clean it? I have had it in cars and it never seemed like it would be ideal for a boat interior.

Thanks, wasn't sure if my mind was remembering that pic correctly...I remember something about a "butterfly" :-)

I just did a complete Carbon Fiber Interior on my Velocity. While it looks really nice, it is difficult to keep clean as it has a deep texture. Also it shows scuffs big time. Because it has such a 3D pattern and scuff will show..... Now that I doen it, I would suggest using Carbon Fiber as an accent. I love the look of my interior, just a pain to keep clean. For the record, no suntan oils or lotions are sprayed on my boat, no shoes, no eating, etc and it soild fast....

Who makes the carbon fiber?
