I love it, and would be all over it if I had that kind of cash laying around.

I have a small cc now, and have never had a fishing pole on the boat. The reason for buying it had nothing at all to do with fishing...it's just the perfect type of boat for me and the family. (Easy to keep clean, cheap to run, and easy to maintain.)

If I were to upgrade what I have, it would be for a larger, faster CC....still with no intentions of fishing off it.

I'm sorry but this doesn't impress me...nice looking boat, but not the best execution...I'll bet it's about 350k..if I'm wrong, great, but why buy that, just buy a normal cigarette...the lack of the comforts makes it as useful as a normal "cigarette" type..maybe some more room, but I don't see the huge appeal..

From the Sun-Sentinel:
http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/o...,6838648.story

Cigarette Racing Team unveiled its new 39 Top Gun Open, a high performance center console designed for those who like to go boating with lots of friends and family.

"This is entirely new in performance boats," said Cigarette CEO Skip Braver, whose Opa-Locka company is still making its iconic go-fast boats. "You can put 10, 12, 14 people in it."

The 39-footer at the show is powered by three Mercury Verado 300-horsepower outboard motors that come with Mercury's Platinum 7-year warranty and can top 75 mph. The boat planes at 16 mph.

Features include plenty of comfortable seating, a JL Audio tuned sound system, hand-tooled aluminum billet trim and six Garmin polarized electronics displays. The show price is $349,000.

I'm surprised more manufactures don't offer twin I/O options. The only problem I see with all the O/B models is top speed. If you want a 75+ top speed. Its just not available with outboard power(for the most part). I think the 33 powerplay with I/Os is the best of both worlds. I realize you dont get the 7 year warranty. But everyone lives without that now with performance boats.

I have done alot of boating on a 302 scarab with twin 250s. The boat did low 60's. When we would go on a poker run it would get a little old not having the option to run closer to the front. Sure with trips that go 75 are a bit faster, but still does not get you near the front of the pack.

This has come up before, but does this boat or the NT have self bailing cockpits? Great looking boat by the way.

370 large? wow....thats a big chunk of change to let your friends beat s hit out of it.......yeah maybe we should all get toon boats and strap big OB's out back, heck of a lot less than 370 large, prob run faster than 75 too..... then we could call it TO.com....Toon Only .com
