Question Toyota Boat Motor Questions

I saw a brochure.
Heard they were supposed to be awesome.
Anyone have any experience with one? Driven one?
I was told they only will be ski boats. Wonder if anyone has popped one into a mini cat or something?????

Heard they were going to have variable valve timing for 2005...
True?

Help me Obi-Wan, your my only hope!

I own a 1999 Toyota Epic 22. Basically the motor is a marinized Lexus V8 putting out 300 hp. Yes the motor is only in the tournament ski boats. Unfortunately Toyota stopped production of the boat last year - 2002 (this does not help re-sale), and has no plans to resume production. I am unsure if the still make the motor for marine applications.

As far as I know they only used for their own production.
It's sad they couldn't make a go of it, I was going to look into working for them. Their plant was here in Orlando, FL.
Competition in the ski boat market must've been really tough.
