just came in.

fine sanding of the deck is one of the last steps in the hull prep work.

The rotary air-driven sander is the hull specialist's best friend

My favorite part of that boat was windshield with grab rail built in on top..hope you still have it..it was a square stock..

I will ask the owner if the original windshield will be returned.

Thanks for the pic. Circa 1993 .

The hull was black originally as can be seen in above pics where the trimtabs covered the original gelcoat.

The new dash may not allow the old windshield to be re-installed. I shall ask nevertheless


These are the final hull prep work prior to the deck being primed with gray primer.

Great job..do you have to redo stringers and transom also?

If thats the boat from L.I. I thinked i owed that boat did it have a name on it DONT BLINK ? was a great boat not very fast but rode great for size.

The primer has been applied. Fine sanding will follow and may fill one more time. then a final primer will be applied and then the final colour.

will not be touching them, the stringers and transom are sound.

Seahawk is getting a final wet sanding. And will be ready for delivery soon!

Owner opted to have original colours. Inside cockpit is painted white

A windscreen will be put up also.
