Where is the brunch run going to be held?

I don't get it? The Flag is standing straight out but there is no waves or even ripples in the water. Looks great. Nothing like a smooth ride to make the drinking easier (after of course) .

The Brunch Run is being hammered out (Time /Place /Pricing/ etc.)
