mrfixxall I guess harassing/assaulting it wouldnt be against the law,My luck I'd get paint on the boat, lol
I went by there a couple times today, didnt see him or any of his buddys,I guess our last incounters he might of got the hint,
Last night I saw 2 on the along the bank, A cold front came thru last night.Guess they might not be active? It looks like they have a terrotory.
Maybe the ribbon and ballon is working?
Thanks guys
Rob

I used to have the same problem when I kepped my boat on a lift. The guy who owned the marina next store told me that birds love blue covers. They would only hangout on my boat and I was the only one who had a blue cover.

Just a FYI on the noise making devices to scare your pests away, listening to "naturally recorded bird distress signals and predator calls that frighten, confuse and disorient pest birds within the effective range (up to one acre)" for hours on end will make one get out their shotgun and it wont be for the live birds.

Seagulls are our biggest problem, local people line the tops of boat hoist or edge of dock with fish line. I would make something from roof edge to hook to front of boat. Make a quick release for boating. A couple smack flying into fish line and it won't be back.
