Blower ???
 

Does anyone make a blower for a 4.3 merc Vortec, put vortec heads on my 16 Donzi and corsa captain's call exhaust ( no it does not sound like a milk truck:D )
Without changing the cam , I have gained 1.6 mph from one day to the other but still wanting more, currently running 59.9 mph , turning a 21 laser II NL @ 5150 rpm, I know what you guys think , put a V8 in the thing, but weight wise I think a blower will do , NOS is not an option as I may get trigger happy!!!

I believe that B&M/Holly and Weiand/Holly used to make a intake for the 4.3. I don't recall if it was for the 144 or the 174. Anyways, they proably don't have one for the new vortec heads, but you can have the intake redrilled and spot faced.

BTW-if you really want something on the cool factor, some of the big blower shops (ie BDS) proably have 4:71 manifolds for the 4.3! :D
