Good Smaller GPS?

I need to upgrade, been using a handheld and just cant see it especially in sunlight or when running. Anyone got any input? Garmin 441, 541? Lowrance hds-5 or elite 5? Dont have a lot of room, and dont want to spend big bucks.

I use the xog great small color touch screen unit. Was canceled because it killed sales of the bigger units. Can get on eBay for around 140. You can download full maps etc. I don't have much space an it fit great and it's easy to see.

I've got a 431 and its easy to see in sunlight, works great...doesnt take alot of room
