Red face Auto style fixed back seats in a boat?????

Just curious, we are in the middle of doing the interior in the stinger. We have built a normal style 3 man bolster for it( not upholstered yet), but this has came to mind.. Who makes the high back seats used in these boats skater-mti-Ol-fountains ect? I have seen some nice CHEAPER style fixed backs for a ton less then a corbeau or sparco brand seat. Cheaper would be better at this point as they will be exposed to the weather from time to time.. Just curious.. Any info is great..

Thanks

Never plan to race the 202, wouldn't know where to look for a used seat of that style.. Also from the ones I have seen, there seems to be no padding..

Do you have any idea of the brand you used? Were they a fixed back style, pics would be awesome. I know the word marine has no CHEAP in it, but I do not want to spend the money that they want for a corbeau or sparco seat.
Thanks

I hate to tell you what they went in since it was a new boat sale. It looked amazing a really updated a boat interior that was looking aged.

Wow it is funny that is what you used, as I have the same brand saved in my watch lsit, but in the red and black.. How was the actual quality of them, did they seem to be a decent seat? I am aware that you get what you pay for, but some times you can get a decent item for not so much money? You wouldn't happen to have pictures of them in the boat would ya? Yah I know lots of ? but now I am getting some where..
Thanks

Need a LOT more padding than an automotive seat with rubber tires and shocks! You can use the frame from an auto seat and have them redone at a upholstery shop..

These were an aluminum frame drag style seat that XT Innovations redid for a customer.

That is beautiful. I pm'd him for a price, break down.. I am sure it is going to be well into the 5 range per seat, which is alot more then I have to play with.. Thanks for that link though.
