“Why are there five motors?” said Skip Braver, the owner and chief executive officer of Cigarette Racing Team, in a press release from the company. “Because we couldn’t fit six.”

I thought the 5 engines were 350hp on that beast ?

I heard there was a new engine coming from Mercury. Tell us more about the 565.

yup,,among others as well,
the 5th engine typically only offers a small difference in performance, the added weight, drag and the prop wash from the engines/drives being so close together eats up most of the added hp. However in a sport where people will drop 20-30k for 3-4mph I guess its not a big deal..
