Marine suppliers have a 2 part expanding foam. Put a trash bag in a 3x3 cardboard box fill it with an appropriate amount of the liquids, close the box and let it set up, cut the box away and you have a foam block. I bought it from Jamestown Distributors. They have several different densities available. Rich
