And I appreciate that!

Its funny because I did a 1000 mile search for any kind of performance boat under $8000 on boat trader and it only came back with 1 boat! A $7900 Donzi from 1987..Yellow and oxidized! 1987 means alpha or trs...Not alot of choices out here on the west coast in the price range Im looking.

Ahh I am running into this same situation with a couple of boats I am looking at... One is bigger but in less good condition, the other is smaller but spotless. Now between these two boats i would have to say Nova Spyder Hands down. These are very good sexy boats, and I think it will sell better than the Mirage. the extra length always helps too when you are out in rough seas, and its a faster boat. It all depends on what you want, some people want a spotless boat, which is fine then thats what is best for them. While others do not mind a boat that's not a 10, and only an 8. Just make the right choice for you, I personally like a spotless boat, but I think the Wellcraft is just better for the money. Yes I agree with many of they others get a SURVEY, any older boat needs one.
