There wasn't much of a selection for life jackets, that seemed like the most comfy one, he still isn't a huge fan of it. Good luck and have fun!

That's great, I have two boys, almost four and two and a half. They both love it but the older one has sensitive ears and I have to keep it in stealth mode for him. They love going about 30 and pop their heads out the sun hatches in the cabins. We get some great looks when they do that by passing boaters.
