I don't think you would need captains call. I imagine it could be an option but you will have to ask Shockwave. My friends Tremor has the exhaust under the water and when boat is planing it is above water. That makes it stealthy at idle and around marinas and docks and a little louder under way. It still has mufflers on it.
I believe the lowered swimstep is almost a standard feature because so many people like it. The Tremor is actually a decent watersport boat. It pulls hard and has factory trim tabs on it. Comes out of the hole nicely and does not lean to one side or the other. I would look at the possible stereo upgrades and go from there.
