Default Help Identifying a boat on ebay

I ran across this boat and I'm very interested in purchasing it. I can't dig up much information so I thought I would see what others may know.

The word "prototype" always scares me in this industry . . . . .

That boat (or one exactly like it) has been "passed around like a groupie at a White Snake concert" the last few years. It has been discussed in great detail in the Checkmate section, and on the Checkmate site. Bottom line is, the design did not work very well. There are a lot of better choices for used boats.
