FPB and FPM are two totally separate companies.

It'll be interesting to see what comes out of this FPB mediation settlement. It sure would be nice if Reggie was be able to buy back all his original company assets necessary to start building the full line of Fountains again. Personally I'd never consider buying a Fountain unless Reggie was overseeing the company and quality control process.

Reggie is Fountain.
Given that there was a $61 million lawsuit involving three of what once three of the most popular go-fast boat brands on the planet, the settlement is intriguing. That it's sealed, however, means we won't know much, if anything, about the agreement itself anytime soon (though I'm sure lots of folks will claim they "know"). But the results will be eventually be apparent.

As for Phantom Chaos, I'm pretty sure he was joking.

I wonder what any one of those companies would really bring if put up for auction??? No where near $63 million!!!! LOL I don't think a boat company has been sold in years and I know Black Thunder, Powerquest, Powerplay and others have been for sale at some point over the past few years.

Hard to justify paying much of a premium for used/dated tooling and a name that may or may not boost sales versus just paying one of the numerous companies out there to create new molds, patterns, etc.
