thanks warlock. i will give him a call. it is an 800. the 600 were the elec shift from what i have heard.

The 800 uses the large diameter lower housing and was used on all V8 applications and only some 6 cylinders. The 400 was the same upper (also same as electric shift) but a smaller diameter gear housing. GLM makes some replacement parts.
