Computer Guys
OT--- Is there any way to stop my computer from giving out my E-MAIL address every time I link onto some website? I am constantly getting E-MAIL from porno sites when I click on a link from this and other forums that happens to be of porno nature. I have been blocking these sites but would rather not even getting the E-MAIL in the first place.

When you find out the answer to this question let me know, I am constantly gettting pop-ups and spam as well....

ttt --- I have programs to block incoming cookies and to clean out old stuff. What I want to do is block outgoing informarion such as E-MAIL address- so that I don't get all the return E-MAIL.

oh that's easy. just put a bogus address in the reply to field in the setup.
For instance if your address is:
[email protected]
replace that with
[email protected]
Then in your signature just be sure to tell everyone that to reply to you, they will have to remove _nospam.

ZoneAlarm;
Its $20 for the full blown version and well worth it. You can block just about anything e-mail address, IP address, ports. You can also stop cookies, pop-up adds, and any third party anything.
There are setting to let a particular web-site recognize you while others dont even know your there. eg; OSO (a trusted site) can recognize your password and settings while your favorite porn site has no idea your there.
Type in ZoneAlarm in your search engine and you will find a link. If you cant find it Ill repost.
So where the good BAD site at?
