I would guess its close. Maybe a bit of a stretch, but close. Light load of fuel, one person in it, perfect water conditions.

I know a 42 with 1100's that runs the same speeds.

I knew a 42 that had 1050's and its best was 113, never got it fully dialed prop wise, but close

Id have to see it to believe it since Rons(flight club) 488 skater Mercy 700s with stage 3 whippled upgrades and 6s runs 118mph. Skater is a faster hull and lighter boat.

Lol...im just stating the obvious .. 488 skater with no cabin weighs 9000lbs vs 42 OL full cabin, AC...pry weighs atleast 13000lbs dry?
